LAUNCH is where you build (or rebuild) the fundamentals that make a business stable, profitable, and scalable. This experience is for founders who are starting from scratch or starting over—especially if you’ve struggled to gain traction, felt unsure what to focus on, or realized your business needs more structure to move forward. Over six weeks, we’ll step back and put the right framework in place: your business model, pricing and profitability, brand clarity, operations and structure, legal and risk basics, and a practical plan for growth. We’ll also map the milestones that matter—so you know what to build now, what to wait on, and how to make decisions like a CEO. LAUNCH is not a sales course and it’s not theory. It’s business fundamentals, taught in a way that’s actionable and realistic—so you leave with clarity, a stronger setup, and a plan you can follow without overwhelm. You’ll meet virtually each week in a small-group setting (20 participants max) designed for real support and meaningful progress, with time for questions, coaching, and feedback. If you miss a session, you’ll have access to the replay so you can stay on track. The course begins with you completing an intake form that gives insight into your business, followed by a 30 minute 1-on-1 session with Angela Gennari to discuss your goals, needs and specific challenges you are currently facing.
